Canals & Nubiola House Cava
This Cava is produced with the typical coupage made up of equal parts of the three grape varieties Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel-lo.
A very special Brut with moderate ageing. First fermentation is in steel tanks before blending and a second fermentation in the bottle for a minimum of 9 months.
A true Cava, the Canals & Nubiola comes up with flavours of dried citrus and sweet earth, crisp and lively on the palate, nicely balanced overall.
Best served at a temperature of 6-8º C
